Epic ConFusion! It’s epic! It’s confused! It has me on panels with very awesome people that make me geek out! If you’re not planning to attend this Michigan science fiction and fantasy convention, I’ll pout. Come be confused with me from January 20-22 in Troy, Michigan.

Some of the Appearances You Missed (Neiner neiner neiner)

I had so much fun at the MAME 38 school library conference! Attendees, scroll down to download the Zombie Science poster (and if you’re not an attendee, pretend you are).

My launch party was at Nicola’s Books in Ann Arbor, MI on July 23rd at 2 PM. I bit the books before I signed them. Which was awesome.

My Night of the Giving Dead event raised over $7000 for the book program at Mott Children’s Hospital and resulted in a lot of happy writers and readers who won signed books and awesome critiques. I MIGHT do something similar next year…follow my blog or twitter to keep up to date!

Wondering what it would be like to have me visit? Check out this article about my visit to the Manchester District library.

Would you like to see me duct tape myself to a chair or attack imaginary zombies with a pseudosword? I’ve done both these things in school and library visits. Drop me a note at carrie@carrieharrisbooks.com to arrange an in person or Skype visit.

Official bio: Carrie Harris is a geek-of-all-trades and proud of it. Brains are her specialty; she used to work in a lab where they were delivered daily by FedEx. After that, it seemed only natural to write a zombie book–BAD TASTE IN BOYS. Another Kate Grable adventure, BAD HAIR DAY, will be on the shelves in 2012. Carrie lives in Michigan with her ninja-doctor husband and three monster-obsessed children. She is the president of the Class of 2k11, a marketing group for young adult and middle grade writers, and a repeat judge for the Cybils awards.
